A cancellation of the reservation is free of charge up to 6 hours before the reserved time. The cancellation can be made by phone, in writing (email), or by clicking the cancellation link in the confirmation email and is only valid once confirmed by the La Terra 27 Restaurant.
For cancellations made less than 6 hours before the reserved time or in the case of no-shows, a fee of 80 CHF per person will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the credit card provided during the reservation.
